- 1open the shortcuts app on iphone
- 2tap + to create a new shortcut
- 3add the heart rate actiontap "add action"search for "find health samples"tap it to addtap "health samples" → change to "heart rate"tap "all" → change to "newest"
- 4add the send actiontap "add action" againsearch for "get contents of url"tap it to addpaste this url into the url field:urlchange method to POSTtap "headers" → tap + → add one header:keyvaluetap "request body" → choose JSON → add two fields:key: bpm → value: tap the magic variable → Heart Ratekey: timestamp → value: Current Date
- 5set it to run automaticallytap the back arrow to name your shortcutthen open the automation tab (bottom of screen)tap + → new automationchoose "time of day"set start time and repeat every 30 minutesadd action → run shortcut → choose this shortcutwhen prompted, tap "always allow" so it runs without asking
